Every building is in a walkable area with great things nearby – lakes, parks, restaurants, live music, shopping and groceries. Our downtown and near east locations are all convenient to Madison campuses, bike trails, bus lines, and an easy commute to the outlying areas.
Pets such as rabbits, hedgehogs & guinea pigs are allowed in any building that allows cats and can be approved for a no-pet building on a case-by-case basis. Pet Fees are: $50 per month per dog and $25 per month for other animals with a 2 pet maximum per apartment.
