Do I need a Guarantor? Applicant approval requires 2 years of successful rental history and current financial position of any one or combination of the following: income equal to 3 times the monthly rent (can include Financial Aid), savings or investments equal to rent, or proven ability to pay a similar ratio of income/rent.  Otherwise a Guarantor is required.

Our selection ranges from spacious, modern and new to updated mid-century and 1920’s apartments in smaller buildings. Get to know your neighbors and your neighborhood – we think you will enjoy your choice. Every building is in a walkable area with great things nearby – lakes, parks, restaurants, live music, shopping and groceries. Our downtown and near east locations are all convenient to Madison campuses, bike trails, bus lines, and an easy commute to the outlying areas.

Do you have pets?

Pets such as rabbits, hedgehogs & guinea pigs are allowed in any building that allows cats and can be approved for a no-pet building on a case-by-case basis. Pet Fees are: $50 per month per dog and $25 per month for other animals with a 2 pet maximum per apartment.
